3 Sessions
In each 1.25 hr session you will learn about your unique breathing patterns and how they affect you.
We will evaluate your breathing cycles, rhythms and challenges that prevent you from breathing effectively.
And then develop a breath practice with techniques to optimize your breathing, specifically designed for you.
